Shipping is done through Correos and SEUR. All packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number.
All orders are individually handcrafted to order in our workshop , so the order may take up to 14 days to be received by the customer, depending on the region to which it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package.

Shipping cost
The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation, so it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Bambina Boba, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund in the form of a promotional code to be used in our store.
To process a request, you must send an email to info@bambinaboba.com explaining the reasons for the exchange or return.
Once you submit your request, you'll receive email instructions for processing your exchange or return. The product must bein perfect condition and include the original tags.
Request a change of piece or size
Product exchanges are free of charge, except for shipping costs. Once we receive the package containing the product to be exchanged, we will verify that the item is in perfect condition and proceed to accept the exchange. You will then receive an email with a link to pay for shipping the new item, in addition to the difference in price if you choose a higher-priced product. If you exchange the product for a lower-priced product, the difference will be refunded at this time, minus the shipping costs. Once payment is made, you will receive your new order as soon as it is ready. The shipping cost in this case will be €6.
Only one product change is allowed per order. Bambina Boba reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if all of the above conditions are not met.
Request a refund
To request a return, you must send an email to info@bambinaboba.com within 15 days of receiving the package. Once we receive the package containing the returned product, we will verify that the item is in perfect condition and accept the return. We will credit the order amount with a promotional code to be used in our store.

These particularities are part of the charm and essence of our pieces, so we do not accept returns for variations in finish or minor imperfections. We recommend you take this into account before making your purchase.
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund.However, if a claim is made due to a product defect, it must be submitted within a maximum of three days of receiving the package. In this case, the full amount of the order, including shipping costs, will be refunded. After this deadline, Bambina Boba reserves the right to reject the claim.
All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are non-refundable.
Bambina Boba is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper use or negligence, alterations, and cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear and aging.
